When you want something done, sometimes you do it yourself. ASKEE HAITI is now partnering with a Daughter of Haiti to keep the holiday spirit alive for 300 orphans.

Well, this past Christmas 2019, Courage looked like Marie L. Rosembert.
After several decades of success in Haiti's International Industry & Commerce Market, Marie is now putting her considerable business network at the service of those less fortunate than her in the impoverished Caribbean nation of Haiti. Thus, as a proud, strong, unapologetic leader and daughter of Haiti, Marie went to work.

For Christmas 2019, Marie personally cooked for 300 orphans in Greater Port-Au-Prince, Haiti, as well as the staff working at the orphanage compound. And yes, with a little bit of help from her friends at AKSEE HAITI, she was able to serve a holiday feast to every single person, spreading the holiday cheer to those who have lost hope, all while the country continues to engulf itself in flames and unrest.
Moving on to 2020 and beyond, Marie is now looking to partner with organizations like AKSEE HAITI to continue spreading the holiday cheer every holiday season. In the meantime, she leaves us with those few images to remind us that courage, pride, hope and the holiday spirit still exist in Haiti, no matter how down Haiti is on its luck. AKSEE HAITI is a business cooperative owned and controlled by a group of Haitian professionals who aim to generate products and services that can be used by its own members. Said members, along with new members who join AKSEE HAITI, will get to enjoy the benefits of group purchasing, pooled risk, and the empowerment of owning and controlling the cooperative.
